1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the dkok box platform and all services operated under it. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and dkok box. By browsing the website, opening an account, or using any gaming or betting service, you fully accept all the terms described below.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on dkok box, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from opening an account.
• All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be complete, accurate and truthful.
• Each user may operate only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.
• Only one account per household or IP address is permitted, unless dkok box has granted specific approval otherwise.
• A copy of a national ID card or passport may be required for account verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Providing false information at registration will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. dkok box will never ask for your password by email, SMS or live chat.

• Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. You are responsible for any activity carried out on your account by others.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify the support team.
• Log out at the end of each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Using a strong password (combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters) is recommended.

dkok box will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by the user's own negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dkok box are handled through secure channels. The following rules apply to all users:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for all payment methods).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank).
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• It is recommended that the payment method used for withdrawal matches the one used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not allowed — funds may only be transferred to the registered user's own account.
• Cryptocurrency or any other digital assets are neither accepted nor paid out.

dkok box reserves the right to put payments on hold in cases of irregular transactions or suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

dkok box offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer is subject to specific terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; wagering required for withdrawal is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
• Weekly dkok box Reload: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500. Can be claimed once per week on any deposit.
• dkok box Slot Festival: 75% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, 25x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500. Available once per day on deposits made for slot games only.
• Cricket Bumper Offer: 60% of deposit, up to ৳12,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳500. Applicable once per match season on deposits made for cricket betting.
• dkok box Birthday Gift: Reward of up to ৳2,000, 15x wagering. Automatically credited once during the registered birthday month.
• Refer a Friend and Win with dkok box: Reward of up to ৳3,000, 18x wagering. Credited to the referrer when the referred friend makes their first deposit.

Bonuses are never cash and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. dkok box reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in closure of the accounts involved.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming activity on dkok box is governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless dkok box approves it under exceptional circumstances.
• If a bet or game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue, the data recorded on dkok box servers will be considered final.
• In any dispute relating to live bets in sports betting, dkok box server logs will be treated as the final proof.
• dkok box reserves the right to void any bet involving clearly incorrect odds or payouts. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
• Any attempt to exploit the system by placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event simultaneously will result in suspension of the accounts involved.
• Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is fair and verifiable.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dkok box platform:

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Hacking, exploiting bugs or gaining unauthorised access to the system or software.
• Using multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonuses or promotions.
• Collecting other users' account information or committing identity fraud.
• Reselling or using any part of the platform for commercial purposes without dkok box's approval.
• Participating in match-fixing or unlawful sports-related activities.

If any of the above violations are detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

8 Limitation of Liability

dkok box bears no liability in the following situations:

• Losses caused by loss of internet connection, server downtime or technical faults.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Transaction issues caused by delays or errors in third-party payment services.
• Any problem arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
• Financial losses resulting from the normal outcome of gambling or betting activity.

dkok box works to resolve technical issues and is committed to maintaining service quality. However, claims for financial compensation due to service interruptions will not be accepted.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the dkok box platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is the intellectual property of dkok box. Written permission is required to use, copy, modify or distribute any of it.

Content belonging to third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI or Evolution remains the intellectual property of the respective companies. dkok box acts solely as a distribution channel.

Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any platform content shared on social media must be non-commercial and must clearly mention the name dkok box.

10 Changes to Terms

dkok box reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email or mobile number. However, continued use of the platform after any change will be treated as acceptance of the new Terms.

11 Account Suspension or Closure

dkok box may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms.
• Failure to complete account verification (KYC).
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Direction from a court or government authority.
• Voluntary account closure at the user's own request.

Before an account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance, unless the balance needs to be forfeited due to a breach of Terms.
